Keith Baker is a follower of Christ, husband, father, writer, teacher, and future counselor. He is a native of Summit, Mississippi and returned to his home state in 2021 after living in the Houston, Texas area since 2009.
Keith graduated from Samford University with a BA in History, English, and Math. He has been in the Human Resources field for the past 25 years at global utilities, oil and gas companies, and technology companies. He has written extensively for online and print outlets on the Christian life, God and work, and addiction recovery.
Keith married Roxanne Dickerson in 1989 near where they both grew up in south Mississippi. They have two boys: Josh, who is a graduate of Ole Miss and currently an entrepreneur, and Jackson, a current college student in computer science.
Keith enjoys exploring God’s Word and His will for us daily. He is very supportive of addiction recovery work through volunteering, writing, and mentoring others. Keith is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Addiction Recovery through Texas Tech University.
